Spine
We evaluate spine conditions and provide first-line conservative care (physical therapy, bracing, activity guidance, oral medication) in the clinic. Most spine conditions improve without surgery. When an interventional injection is the right next step, OSI refers you to a pain management specialist; when an operation is warranted, OSI refers you to a spine surgeon. OSI does not perform spinal injections or spine surgery; your conservative care stays with us. See the Spine page for more.
